MAKATON

MAKATON

We use Makaton  in our classes and widely across our organisation, and are passionate about bringing it’s benefits to more people.

What is Makaton?

Makaton is a language programme (used by over 100,000 children and adults) that uses signs, symbols and speech to support communication. It is widely used by children and adults with learning disabilities as well as the people around them, such as family, friends, teachers and health professionals.
