Rob is Head of Responsible Business at Ampa Group. He is passionate about the role business can play driving positive change in society and has a proven track record of weaving sustainability, inclusion, wellbeing, and social value into everyday decisions across the business. He is curious about how these areas overlap and what that means for creating real impact, delivering measurable change for the better through partnership between business and society. Outside of work, Rob has been a School Governor at an Infants School in Aldershot and was a competitive dancer whilst at the University of Exeter.
