Flamingo Chicks is a multi-award winning charity and inclusive community giving all children, including those with disabilities and illnesses such as cancer, the opportunity to enjoy dance and explore movement alongside friends. We also provide a vital peer support network for parents and carers, inter-generational volunteering, global outreach and advocacy.
Flamingo Chicks is passionate about inclusion: we believe that breaking down barriers and creating a truly inclusive environment is the only way to create real societal change. To do this, we work work with businesses and other corporate organisations to build a more inclusive society.

Take part in our unique Disability Awareness Training
Our disability awareness training for employers is a collaboration between Flamingo Chicks and WECIL and was first launched at the House of Commons in January 2019. The training seeks to:
1. Promote co-worker understanding
2. Help you make positive change to better support parents and carers of disabled children
3. Increase confidence when interacting with disabled people, including appropriate language
