Rachel is Flamingo Chicks’ Community Coordinator, supporting the Head of Community and our CEO. With a diverse background in HR, facilities management, governance, and safeguarding, alongside lived experience of cancer, Rachel is passionate about being part of an organisation so committed to inclusion and diversity.

In her previous roles in Homelessness and Adoption, Rachel saw firsthand the benefits of building communities that support and nurture their members. She also volunteers at her children’s school and has huge appreciation for others who give their own time to support the work of charities such as Flamingo Chicks.
