Becky has worked in the public or charity sector since 2006, originally specializing in evaluating the impact of funding in the arts. As an experienced project manager, she has a specific interest in the creative sector and inclusivity.

Becky has managed youth music programmes and events across the South West, often working with hard to reach communities. More recently, she has managed intergenerational projects connecting young people with isolated care home residents. Breaking down barriers, and reducing the stigmas that exist in society is a key part of her work. She is passionate about the importance of creative activities as a means to connect, and that everyone should be given the opportunity to take part in high quality arts provision.
