Agent Of Change Lead
Elsa is an incredible youth activist, who is passionate about ensuring young people’s voices are heard and enabled to create social change, with a particular focus on mental health advocacy. She is a Youth Trustee with the charity FREEDOM2 and a Diana Award Young Advisor, having sat on their National Anti-Bullying Youth Board in 2018/19 and represented the voices of the Ambassadors across the UK. She’s is an active and passionate campaigner on social media, using her voice to speak out against bullying and has been open about her own challenges to reduce mental health stigmas both online and as an activist for the Charity YoungMinds.
Elsa recently been volunteering on a conservancy in Kenya, and undertaken a 100km Sahara Desert Trek to further support the work of The Born Free Foundation. As part of our 2024 May100 fundraiser, Elsa also walked solo from London to Bristol to raise money for our work at Flamingo Chicks, as well as completing the Three Peaks Challenge. She uses the challenges she takes on to remind others of their own strength and ability to achieve more than they realise they can.
