Rhiannon is Flamingo Chicks’ Head of Performance. She is an actor, theatre-maker and project manager who is passionate about inclusivity and accessibility in the arts, having worked in a variety of inclusive settings and roles over the last 6 years. Rhiannon specialises in inclusive performance, and since graduating from ALRA in 2015, she has worked as both a performer and an inclusive practitioner, facilitating creative projects with disabled and non-disabled young people. Rhiannon is passionate about raising the bar in the creative industries by removing barriers to inclusion. Rhiannon manages our Agents of Change programme and firmly believes that our group of young activists have the power and passion to change the world! She is also a licensed Makaton tutor.
