Graduating from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts with a First Class Honours Degree in Acting, Sophie has been working as a freelance theatre artist and facilitator ever since. An experienced movement director and puppeteer, Sophie uses a devised approach in running classes and workshops. 

Working mainly from a physical and explorative perspective; Sophie’s core focus is always on confidence building. This means helping a student go beyond what they believe to be possible; so that they surprise themselves and others around them. Advocating an inclusive safe space for discovery and play, whilst also helping people hone their craft through technique and practice.
