Flamingo Chicks would like to extend a big thank you to everybody who has supported our crowdfunding campaign to tackle social isolation through intergenerational volunteering, at the same time as getting disabled children dancing. We are delighted to announce we raised a huge £5,499 for Flamingo Chicks. One of the highlights of our Christmas fundraising campaign was our Tree Planting day at the Childrens’ Hospice South West. We worked with a team of volunteers from Irwin Mitchell to plant apple, pear and plum trees in the Hospices’ orchard.
