Bethan first joined Flamingo Chicks over 10 years ago as a volunteer Dance Helper, supporting children in our classes. Since then, her role has grown and she now works closely with the Flamingo Chicks community, overseeing both corporate and community volunteers, co-ordinating parent and carer activities, and leading our community and corporate fundraising initiatives.

Two of Bethan’s biggest passions are dance and volunteering, and Flamingo Chicks is the perfect place where the two come together. Alongside her work with us, Bethan has given her time to Re-engage, The National Trust, Girl Guides, and Action Tutoring, and she also serves as a Trustee with the Scout Association.

Her love of dance began in childhood, performing in ballet, tap, and modern shows, and continues today as she attends adult ballet classes in Bristol.
