Sarah is passionate about the physical and mental health benefits dance can have on people’s lives and therefore strives to make dance as inclusive and accessible as possible, regardless of age, ability or background.
After completing her degree in Contemporary Dance at Bath Spa University in July 2017, Sarah has built a portfolio career working as a performer and dance teacher in a variety of settings. Her aim is to share dance with as many people as possible, whether that’s as an audience member appreciating dance, or as a participator themselves. Sarah is vice-principal of a dance school in Bristol, and teaches dance, yoga and mindfulness at a range of primary schools in Bristol and Bath. She enjoys working with a range of children and is inspired daily by their creativity and energy.
